Ann’s appreciation for hospitality began during her college years, working at a brewery-restaurant where she advanced from host to the youngest manager in its history. She later expanded her experience into retail and fitness, where she discovered her passion for cultivating positive workplace cultures and shifted her focus to HR management and operations. Her other passion is food, a love she proudly inherited from her mom—though, sadly, not the cooking talent!! A devoted foodie, she plans her life around food — exploring new venues, revisiting old favorites, and savoring delicious home-cooked meals whenever possible. Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and psychology and a Human Resources Management Essentials Certification, both from Rutgers University.
What is your ideal restaurant experience?
Thought I do appreciate a great ambiance with dimly lit vibe, my focus is always the food. Trying all the different delicious options, sharing every item from the menu that piques the interest with my family and friends.
What does "creating workplaces where people thrive" mean to you?
It means creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture where people feel a sense of belonging. An environment that supports the growth and success of its people. A place where people can trust to be their whole self.
