An upscale hospitality group with ambitious growth plans lacked a cohesive recruiting strategy to guide their reopening from the pandemic. A decentralized and inconsistent recruiting processes burdened individual unit managers with sourcing, interviewing and hiring. E|H was engaged to provide HR support for one of the company’s restaurant locations.
After working closely with the client, Empowered identified the opportunity to centralize and streamline the company’s recruiting processes. Alongside the company’s leadership, E|H designed an innovative solution to provide holistic recruiting support to all the restaurant locations. E|H partnered with each individual hiring manager to address their location-specific needs, while gaining overall efficiency for the company.
Over the course of six months, E|H successfully placed or onboarded over fifty operations managers and hourly employees. As a result of this innovative partnership, the client saved an estimated one hundred thousand dollars in third-party recruiting fees, and successfully reopened all of their locations.
