Kerry Garber
Client Services Director
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Kerry is dedicated to driving business growth and building high-performing teams. She began her career at BRGuest Hospitality, where she sharpened her operational expertise by managing staffing, leadership development, and guest experience across multiple restaurants in New York City. Kerry then joined The Bowery Group (James Beard Semifinalist – Outstanding Restaurateur), serving as General Manager at their flagship restaurant, Cookshop, and later as Project Manager for the opening of Shuka, helmed by Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja (James Beard Finalist – Best Chef NY State). Pursuing an interest in markets, Kerry transitioned to leading food hall openings and large-scale events with Urbanspace. There, she held leadership roles in a leasing and then marketing capacity while contributing to high profile projects such as Bryant Park Winter Village, Mad. Sq. Eats, and Urban Hawker (New York’s first Singaporean food hall). Leveraging her strong operations background, she provided comprehensive business support to hundreds of chef and retail partners, while simultaneously advancing company objectives. Kerry is excited to apply her diverse experience to support the development of one of any restaurant's most valuable assets: its people.
