What is your ideal restaurant experience?
I’ve always believed that dining out is about so much more than just the food. It’s the entire experience, the way a space makes you feel, the ambiance, the service, the décor, the energy, and all of those little details that come together to create something special. The best restaurants, to me, are the ones that leave you feeling so good that you can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again.
What does “creating workplaces where people thrive” mean to you?
To me, creating a workplace where people thrive means creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely connected to the work they do and the people around them. It’s about understanding that every person has different needs and strengths and finding ways to support them while also creating a culture of trust, accountability, and growth. When you truly prioritize people and make them feel heard and respected, they are more likely to be engaged, motivated, and invested in the success of the business. The best workplaces strike a balance between meeting the needs of their people and the needs of the business, and when that balance is done well, everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed together.
