The business owner knew the solution was to phase out the employment agencies, but lacked the bandwidth and know-how to source talent in the tightening labor market.
Our Solution

E|H also developed a robust set of job posting templates, interview guides and SOPs the company will continue using into the future.
The Results
Hiring during the height of the pandemic was extremely challenging. Still, with persistence and diligence, E|H’s talent team onboarded 25+ line-level employees across various departments, including food production, quality assurance and sanitation. This enabled the business to exceed production demands, which has in turn allowed them to expand their distribution across the northeast.
