What is your ideal restaurant experience?
Whether it be out with family, friends, or one-on-one, I gravitate toward a low-lit, warm atmosphere with great music and tables filled with people enjoying their food. Growing up with a father who founded the Portland Farmers Market, farm-to-table and fresh local cuisine will always have a soft spot in my heart. My preference: a bunch of plates to share so you can get a bite of everything!
What does “creating workplaces where people thrive” mean to you?
Creating spaces where people can thrive means recognizing that every person brings a unique set of strengths, motivations, and preferences—and building an environment where those qualities are not just celebrated, they are encouraged. When individuals feel empowered to use their strengths, they grow with confidence, contribute with purpose, and elevate the entire team in the process.
